About Us
Welcome to The Fresh Produce Spot!
The Fresh Produce Spot (TFPS) is an indoor hydroponic farm 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization, based in Vass, NC. TFPS was established and incorporated in 2023. Our missions are to combat food insecurity, rectify K-5 reading struggles and provide convenient means for everyday healthy living.
How do we help combat food insecurity?
We supply food pantries, shelters and other food charities with a weekly donation of healthy fresh produce from our indoor hydroponic farm to help feed our local and nearby communities.
How do we help rectify K-5 reading struggles ?
We provide reading and listening comprehension scholarships to Moore County NC K-5 students struggling with reading.
How do we provide convenient means for everyday healthy living?
We offer our healthy fresh produce on our online store and our salad bar and gym cafe in Vass, NC to everyone for below wholesale prices.
